IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS
1) Find your old gift certificates for Family Arts Needlework. We will accept gift certificates dated 2022 and before until the end of 2023. Starting in January of 2024 we cannot accept any gift certificates issued in 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017 etc. Starting January of 2023 our gift certificates will expire one year after their issue date,. Thank you for understanding in this new guideline.
2) Christmas deadline is June 1, 2023. Using this year as a learning experience, we are encouraging you to turn in ornaments and stand-ups by June 1, 2023. We cannot guarantee you will have it by Christmas, but this gives you the best chance of receiving it in time. We had some disappointed customers this year; therefore we were very upset on your behalf. Once we send your item to a finisher, the control is out of our hands until we get it back. We can call and check on the status, but we cannot make the process happen any quicker. We understand your frustration, and we hope you understand our frustration. There is nothing we want more than for you to have your items in a timely manner.
